Three 360° floating shaver-heads
A flexible shaver is needed to handle the challenges of complex facial contours and facial-hair growth patterns. The three shaver-head design of the Mi Electric Shaver S500, together with 360° floating surface technology, makes it easy to handle hair growth from any angle and delivers a clean shave all in one go.
IFT floating technology
Most users have to press the shaver-heads against the face in order to get a clean shave. This not only increases pressure, but reduces both shaving comfort and smoothness. IFT floating technology means that the shaver-heads float, relieving pressure on the face and delivering both a smooth and comfortable shave.
Twin-track foils
Shave faster with twin-track foils that allow for 50% greater surface area coverage compared to single-track foils.Shaving is more balanced and efficient with twice as many foil teeth and blades in the outer tracks than in the inner tracks.
Twin blades For a cleaner and more thorough shave
Most foils are of a set thickness, meaning stubble can be left behind upon contact with soft hair and multi-directional hair growth. In a twin blade system, the secondary blade lifts the beard before the main blade quickly cuts the hair away, resulting in a cleaner and more thorough shave.
JFE & Sandvik
The primary foil blades are made from steel sourced from the Japanese company JFE, whilst secondary foil blades are made from steel sourced from the Swedish company Sandvik.
Electrochemical machining (ECM)
Shaver-heads and foils undergo electrochemical machining (ECM) to eliminate metal burrs which greatly improves the wear-resistance of the cutting surfaces. Smooth foils, wear-resistant shaver-heads.
High-speed gear
This shaver uses the Japanese 260-series motor from Mabuchi Motor, which features high torque, high RPM and two gears. The standard gear is suitable for beards of average thickness, whilst the high-speed gear is designed for those with even more facial hair.
IPX7 waterproof rating*
With a waterproof body, the whole shaver can be easily cleaned. Simply rinse the device under running water. For a cleaner, smoother and more comfortable shave, we recommend using shaving foam to soften your facial hair before shaving
Two months of use from a single charge*
The shaver features a continuous run time of 60 minutes on a full charge and can be used whilst charging, even when the battery level is so low that the shaver won't power on. Features upgraded charging with a Type-C port for international use, so your trips abroad stay worry-free.
PPG fingerprint-resistant rubber coating
Prevents fingerprints and other marks from building up during use, as well as making for a more comfortable grip.
Removable shaver-heads are easy to remove and clean

How long does it take for the delivery and what are the charges?
- The standard delivery time of orders in Colombo is within 2 working days. Island-wide delivery will be made within 3-4 working days.
- Delivery charges within Colombo will vary based on location, between Rs 299 and 399. Delivery charges to anywhere outside of Colombo will be between Rs 399 and 599. There will be additional charges for heavy weight items & express deliveries
- Pick-up of orders is available through Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm from Colombo 03 showroom.
What is SimplyTek’s return and refund policy?
We accept returns for products within a period of 7 days as long as the packaging and contents of products provided initially are in the same bought condition, and not damaged or opened, including all accessories and any other parts associated with the main product. Contact SimplyTek, and returns accepted can be:
(i.) Exchanged for any other product of equal value or higher value having paid the difference.
(ii.) Refunded in the form of store credit, where you can purchase a product in the future for the same value of the returned product(s). Cash refunds will not be provided as per the company’s policy, and any such requests will only be considered upon review by the management.
Returns for warranty claims will be accepted for the due course of the warranty period, and upon inspection and decision of the technical team, the product will be replaced if the issue is covered under the warranty. In an instance where you want to upgrade the product, we will consider the period it has been used, and 50% or more of the initial purchase value will be reduced, and the difference will have to be paid to purchase the upgrade.
What is the warranty period for electronics?
