  1. Order Processing:

    • Orders are typically processed by 9:00 AM local time. Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.
    • Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following working day.

  2. Delivery Timeframes:

    • Once processing is completed, delivery times vary depending on your location:
      • For Colombo & Suburbs: 2-4 working days.
      • For all other locations: 3-5 working days.
    • You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched from our premises.

  3. Express Delivery:

    • Express delivery options are available for select locations.
    • Express delivery ensures your order is delivered on the same day or within 24-48 working hours, depending on your location.

  4. Processing Delays:

    • During sale periods, please expect processing delays of up to 7 working days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.

  5. Courier Operations:

    • Our courier partners operate from Monday to Friday.
    • Deliveries will not be made on mercantile holidays & Poya days as per local regulations.
    • Store Pickup Conversions - Delivery to store pickup conversions are applicable on request and approval. Kindly note that the delivery charges will not be refunded in such cases.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders and appreciate your cooperation.
